I read this book in one weekend in high school. It was great revisiting it. It is very suspenseful (although I think many have seen the movie). Scott does a great job with all of the voices. If you liked the movie then it is definitely worth the credit.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes! Both narrators were great and the story had me hooked from the beginning.
What did you like best about this story?
People are calling in a 'Gothic Novel' and I'm not even sure what that means but I just thought it was a great enthralling story. It's the story of Ida Winters past, a dying best selling author. Her back story is fascinating and filled with interesting characters.
What does Bianca Amato and Jill Tanner bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
They really bring the characters to life. The best praise I can give is that it is one of those books that you make excuses to listen to. I went to bed early, did more chores, took the long way to work! I was bummed when it was over.
