Not a good narration
Revisado: 01-18-21
Good story but the narration is terrible. I made it through the end because the story was good but it was hard to keep listening. Narrator needs a lot of work.

Historia
A year after young engineering student Rip Cantrell discovered the first flying saucer buried deep in the sands of the Sahara, another saucer is brought up from the bottom of the Atlantic. The recovery is funded by a pharmaceutical executive who believes that the saucer holds the key to an anti-aging drug formula that space travelers would need to voyage between galaxies. But one of his technicians, Adam Solo, an alien marooned on Earth for a thousand years, steals the saucer, hoping to summon a starship to rescue him.

Needed a different narrator.
Revisado: 09-29-17
Typically a book is only as good as the narrator. In this case the book deserved better. Dick Hill wasn't up to the task on this one and comes off sounding like Jimmy Durante narrating Frosty the Snowman (no offense Jimmy. You were great at what you did!)
It's a very hard book to keep listening to because of the terrible narrating. However, the book itself is very well written and a great addition to the Saucer series. Hopefully it will be re-released with a better reader soon because this version doesn't do the book justice. Terrible performance!
