Historia
The sixth book in the beloved and award-winning school hamster series! When Humphrey hears that school is ending, he can't believe his ears. What's a classroom hamster to do if there's no more school? It turns out that Mrs. Brisbane has planned something thrilling for Humphrey and Og the frog: They're going to Camp Happy Hollow with Ms. Mac and lots of the kids from Room 26! Camp is full of fun-fun-fun new experiences, but it's also a little scary. There are fur-raising wild sounds and smells, and there's something called the Howler to watch out for.

Great Story, Narration not good
Revisado: 02-28-12
Would you listen to Summer According to Humphrey again? Why?
My kids LOVE these stories and we got hooked on them, listening through the whole collection. This narrator is much more difficult to listen to and the racial stereotypes he uses for the voices are painful.

Stock Stories
Revisado: 02-28-12
What did you love best about Geronimo Stilton?
These stories are 'stock' and not all that good of plots... THAT being said, they're entertaining for my children. They're narrated wonderfully and my children love all the 'fabu-mouse' words!

Historia
Barbara Demick's Nothing to Envy follows the lives of six North Koreans over fifteen years - a chaotic period that saw the death of Kim Il-sung and the unchallenged rise to power of his son, Kim Jong-il, and the devastation of a far-ranging famine that killed one-fifth of the population. Taking us into a landscape never before seen, Demick brings to life what it means to be an average Korean citizen, living under the most repressive totalitarian regime today.

Historia
Mary Poppins is like no other nanny the four Banks children have ever seen. She whirls into their home, and "spit-spot", she works her inimitable brand of magic to make even the bland seem extraordinary. An endless source of fascinating adventure, she slides up the banister, produces an array of tricks from her seemingly empty carpetbag, and ensures the Banks' lives will never be the same.

Historia
Here is a timeless tale of waterside Britain that has been loved by generations of children and acclaimed as a classic. The story of Mole, Ratty, Badger, and Toad, and their escapades, whether messing about on the river or poop-pooping in Toad's shiny new car, cannot fail to enchant.

Love the book. Not loving the narration
Revisado: 08-18-11
I got this for my children to listen to, but yhr thickish British accent and the dry way of reading it made it difficult for them to wade through. I get these so that great books come alive for them in a way I cant, but Im pretty sure my version will be more entertaining.
