Forgetting gender roles and understanding personality type and childhood conditioning and how that plays in to intimacy. Its not as sinple as "let's just have more sex" helpful for me.

An insightful view

Incredible to have a look inside couples therapy and to be able to connect to the stories there. Esther stands in the middle in support of the relationship while each partner struggles to hear and be heard. Helpful to me as I continue to study my failed relationship and where we had chosen different paths.
