Great book - Narration was horrible

I could not wait for this book to end because of the terrible narration. His attempt at a southern draw or east coast accent was feeble at best. He was unable to pronounce many names and places properly but the fact he mispronounces the characters from Along Came a Spider drove me absolutely nuts. I won't be listening to his readings any more.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Very informative, easy to follow and understand. He does not try to read the recipes rather there is a pdf provided. Other books try to spell out the recipes and don't give a pdf and for me that was too confusing and way boring.
What did you like best about this story?
Factual details provided in layman terms, a little complex at times however Jimmy Moore does a great job at breaking it all down so as not to overwhelm the beginners (me) Moment of Clarity quotes are interesting and very helpful.
Which character – as performed by Jimmy Moore – was your favorite?
Each chapter provided in depth detail, comparisons and scenarios along with Jimmy's natural flair for narrating,made it very easy to follow along
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I never knew there were so many reasons to begin a Keto lifestyle. The health benefits are endless beyond just weight loss.
Any additional comments?
Highly recommended to anyone considering the Keto diet. This book is loaded with great tips and full of useful information.

You really need the hard copy to refer to the various recipes and lists of what to and not to eat during each phase.

There really is no story line although it does help in getting you excited about the journey ahead

He wasnt as bad as others reported. A little monotone but not bad
Did The South Beach Diet inspire you to do anything?
Yes! I am going all out and down 8lbs in the first week

Downloadable references would make this a hit. Do yourself a favor and get the hard copy. There are some amazing ideas and recipes that you can't get here.
