This book, and John Adams' character as a whole, have honestly and truly made me gain an appreciation for life, love, friendships and liberty. I feel I have a better understanding of the world I live in and especially the country I live in and it makes me feel good. John Adams was a man ahead of his time and I'm glad in MY time I am able to learn about him and gain some insight into the birth of the nation and the legacy of a legendary American like Adams.
