my biggest gripe is the road isn't 'to the sun' it's 'Going to the sun'. either I heard it wrong every single time or it's wrong. I live there so it irritated me that it wasn't being said right.

Lukes eye color changed...

so Lukes's eyes were hazel in the first book, and now they're blue. Plus, Luke couldn't decide if he always knew the triplets were his brothers and not knowing they were. Make up your mind author! little inconsistencies like this are all over this book. I will not be continuing with the series.

cheating

I don't know if I missed the warning but I was not expecting the author to try to justify cheating on ones partner. plus, the investigation part of the plot....wasn't there at all. I was very disappointed by this book. I quit about 3/4ths of the way. if you don't like the main characters cheating, don't get this book.

this story sounded really cute but I was really annoyed by Crawford. they tried to go for the socially awkward trope but it did nothing but make me want to stop reading. so not getting the second book

Very slow

ok, first off, it took 6 hours to get to the psychic portion of the book and the supposed murder happened before the book started and wasn't relevant until 8 hours into the 10 hour book. if you want this book for those two reasons, dont get this book.

if you want a character driven story this is the book for you. but warning, the character Cliff is a closed minded asshole. I hated him. if it wasn't for Cliff I would have enjoyed this book a little more

Better than most!

this romance was much more realistic than most of the romance books ive read recently. they actually took time to get to know each other before getting together. I didn't care for the narrator, he wasn't bad just not as good as others ive listened to

second chance

the first time I tried listening to this book I couldnt stand the narration so I bought the Kindle version and read that. I loved it so much I gave the audio a second chance. the narrative could have been better but was not near as bad as I remember.

At times hard to follow but still good

I listened to this book at work so oftentimes I couldnt pay close attention to which Bob we were with at that time, it made things really confusing. Having said that I am throughly enjoying this universe. Bob explores the ramifications of getting attached to mortal beings as well as many other things that make you sympathetic towards his character.

I almost gave up, but then it got good

I didn't care for the beginning of this book, but I stayed with it in hopes that it would get better; and boy did it! after Bob left earth things really picked up. Its a unique story and one I will continue with.

Sooo slow

I had a really hard time finishing this book. it started out good and attention grabbing..and then it went off on a tangent for several minutes only to come back to the battle. this is a reoccurring theme through out the book, we'd be in the middle of a battle or something serious and then suddenly we'd have a flash back to his younger years. it was super annoying. I probably will not continue with the series. the narrative was the only thing that saved the book for me. Lee was phenomenal.
