Inspriring

Great story, well read, well written. Unfortunate that Natalie had to endure her "worst vintage", yet I loved how she persevered through it. And I applaud the way she told the story, turning a huge negative into a incredibly positive message. And - the fact that Natalie narrated her own memoir - what other choice could be made? Great work all around!

Historia
In Stoops's journey from player to struggling graduate assistant to legendary head coach, it becomes clear that his dedication to football is about far more than the sport itself. Big Game Bob, as he is known by adorning Sooners, made a name for himself not only by rebuilding the OU football program and leading the team to multiple conference championships but also by adhering to a strong set of principles at a time when corruption was rampant across the NCAA.

Great book

Words cannot describe how well this is done. The shortest chapter, Empathy, was the best one. The entire book far exceeded my expectations. Thanks!!

Historia
The Indignities of Being a Woman candidly traces the history of womanhood and investigates how much things have really changed for womankind. By carefully x-raying areas such as body image, marriage, mental illness, fashion, and politics, this audiobook examines what it was like to be a woman in the past versus what it’s like now, when women are constantly told equality between the sexes exists but reality proves otherwise.

Could be so much more
Revisado: 02-22-20
Content outstanding and thought provoking. This should have been a five star rating all around. The banter between Merrill and Megan severely detracted from an otherwise outstanding piece of research. Also, Merrill’s flashbacks were very distracting and did not really add to the quality. If not for the quality of the content, I would have quit listening before the end of chapter two.
