I was really enjoying this book but could not finish. One of the men in the harem, is a complete asshole to the other fated mates. He seems to get off on angering the other men by making them watch as he roughly uses their shared mate. He regularly degrading the woman they treasure, always referring to her as "the slut". The female protagonist is submissive to all of her mates, and is always an enthusiasticly consenting participant. However she seems apathetic to the non-consensual abuse between your mates.

Love to the performances, most of the sex is really hot. There's even a beautiful romance between two of the men in the harem. However the cuckuldty between the men ruined it for me.

A fun a steamy read

I liked the FMCs transformation form overworked and vanilla to a woman how loves getting fuck. Also really nice how she doesn't pressure the guys in to a hinge relationship. They both really want her and the minage evolve without any hostility. There is no M/M I this book. It M/F with some voyerism before the MFM at the end. (Unless you consider piv with cunnilingus mmf.)

Darker then 1st but more plot, Trigger warnings.

I likes the 1st book better, as just crazy smut. While his one has more of a story and romance with less sex, it touches on darker subject like the genetic breeding program.

Brief description of child sexual assault/sexual slavery. Also threats of rape, forced pregnancy and bodies becoming aroused for unwanted sex.

DNF, Narrator is fine but the tropes are cringe

The narrator has a deep British accent, and the bass in his voice gives the book an ASMR-like quality. This works for the male protagonist but he doesn't noticeably vary his voice between characters which made the story harder to follow.

It was the story that killed it for me. I didn't make it past the 1st hour so I missed any BDSM.
The male protagonist is a curmudgeon Mary sue... picture a whiny lone wolf who never loses an argument.
We are then introduced to our villain who would have shot a playing child with a hunting rifle, if not for our hero. The villain then later goes to see prostitutes, where we find out that he is bad at sex and has a small dick. Seriously 😣

If you're looking for high energy rough sex, with a curvy girl, this is not that book. It's more of an apology to women who feel they are not conventionally attracted. In spite of the stories brevity, the author brings up multiple times how our protagonist feel like she's unworthy of love because she is not skinny.

So if you are looking for the escapism of the male best friend (with 6-pack abs) admitting he's been in love with you for years, then meticulously worshiping every inch of your curvy body, then this book is for you.
