Great narrator to energize your Bible study
Revisado: 04-07-25
The narrator was very energetic and paced his speech well. I love the way the information was laid out and to get you to dig deeper into the Bible. I highly recommend.

Historia
It’s a classic, manor house, mystery-within-a-locked-room-mystery for Anty Boisjoly when a death is foretold by a mystic that Anty’s sure is a charlatan. But when an impossible murder follows the foretelling, Anty and his old ally and nemesis Inspector Wittersham must sift the connivance, contrivance, misguidance, and faith in pseudoscience of the household and its haunted history before the killer strikes again.

I love the word play and Anty
Revisado: 04-01-25
I like the narrator and the word play throughout the story. It’d be great if Tim Bruce narrates the rest of the series.

So much to absorb so I bought the print version
Revisado: 12-14-24
Recommended by Faith from How to Faith a Life on YouTube and some other seminary students/teachers for beginners. This was eye opening and easy to understand. I’m going to listen to it again soon. I highly recommend this book.

Historia
Delivering a rare book to a valued customer is definitely part of mild-mannered archivist Anna Whitfield's job description. You know what isn't? Protecting her precious cargo from midflight theft by the very pilot who is flying her to Half-Moon Hollow...while trying to appear as unappetizing as possible to the only other passenger, a vampire. Undead bookstore owner Jane Jameson could be waiting a very long time for her book. Possibly forever.

Anxiety symptoms were a bit off putting but the story was good
Revisado: 10-21-24
The narrator’s voice for the pilot was not gruff but more like the main character which was weird, otherwise she read well.

Historia
In The Case of the Case of Kilcladdich, golden-age gadabout Anty Boisjoly travels to the timeless source waters of Glen Glennegie to help decide the fate of his family’s favourite ferment, but an impossible locked room murder is only one of a multitude of mysteries that try Anty’s wits and witticisms to their northern limit. Time trickles down on the traditional tipple as Anty unravels family feuds, ruptured romance, shepherdless sheep, and a series of suspiciously surfacing secrets to sort out who killed whom and how and why and who might be next to die.

Great narration
Revisado: 05-06-24
The sheep cameos were funny little bits throughout the story. Anty tends to be overly verbose so sometimes I got lost but the narrator kept things entertaining. Also, this wasn’t easy to figure out.

The main character can be a bit wordy
Revisado: 03-19-24
I love the narrator and the story but Anty’s dialogue can be a bit confusing or over my head. I think it’s because I’m listening to the book instead of reading which could clear up some phrasing for me.

Verity seems to be a bit forceful. This also was a bit too obvious. I was still entertained by the narrator.
