Norman - a dreadful kid, feared all over for his odd behavior. His sad parents decide to get rid of him and so they take him away from Tillyard Town and abandon him far away on a moving train. Norman is found by three crooks who think to exchange the missing kid for money from his parents, but they are disappointed. Frustrated and afraid of Norman, they decide to run away from the troublesome kid, but Norman is smarter than everyone ever thought.
