I really enjoyed this book and I couldn’t wait to see who would be narrating it. I loved Wesleigh. She was amazing as always…but I did not like Myles. I was so excited to finally hear what Azmir would sound like and I was sadly disappointed. I hope he doesn’t do the whole series because that would break my heart. I loved the storyline but I really can’t take the male narrator. Please do better for the next books…. His voice kept changing so weirdly within the same sentence when he read and I kept thinking were there more than one male narrator? If Myles does the same thing in the next book, I’m not buying the rest of the series and I will just have to imagine what Azmir’s voice would sound like in my head.

I loved the storyline so much, but I did not like the narrator, she did not follow the book as it was written at all! She skipped so many paragraphs and made up her own sentences. I usually like to read the book and listen to the audio at the same time and this narrator made that experience horrible! This was my first time hearing her work and if she does that, (not read what’s written) on all the books she works on I won’t listen! I’m very disappointed and I wish I could get my credit back! 😡 Ms. Smokey Moment, I would choose another narrator next time.

I read some reviews prior and I understand that not everyone is into M/M scenes but it was very very tastefully written and I really enjoyed the entire journey. I love William’s voice as he makes the Kindred men seem even sexier and it feels like Evangeline has his voice in mind as she writes! I love when he does that growly voice! ❤️ BUT and there is a big but, I hate the whispering! You don’t have to whisper the thoughts, do like Mackenzie does and just speak low in a normal voice. Please! I want to keep hearing William but w/o the whisper!
