A story of developing relationships in a setting of work competition
Revisado: 11-07-19
The characters were believable although somewhat predictable. I gave the book a four star rating because the food truck competition needed more detail. This book was a delight to read and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a romance. I received this book free for an honest review.

A good book for young readers of science fiction.
Revisado: 10-09-19
The story was predictable and the characters were shallow, however, a younger reader would probably enjoy it. The narrator was easy to understand and follow. I gave this rating because I didn’t see believable responses or depth of character. I received this book free for an honest review.

Brave and honest author
Revisado: 09-18-19
Thank you for being so open about such a sensitive topic and area of your life. The detailed description of your inner world, your feelings of its authenticity, and your devastating hopelessness painted such a vivid picture of this often misunderstood illness. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in knowing more about mental illnesses. Your realization that you’re not the cause of your illness is a blessing. Medications and therapy are necessary to control mental illness. It is sad that it took so long for your recovery. I received this audio book free with the promise of an honest review. This is what I have written, honest and heartfelt.

Twist at the end
Revisado: 09-17-19
This book held my interest to the end. I thought I had it figured out until the very end. The romance adds spice and the teenage girls are realistic. The narrator had clear diction and the character changes were easy to follow. I was given this book free in return for an honest review. I recommend this book and plan to read more books by this author.

Excellent for YA readers
Revisado: 09-16-19
This should be required reading for all middle school students. It is easy to become a bully after you have been treated that way by others. It can be an eye opener to see your own actions in the magic mirror. The narrator was excellent. He clearly defined the characters. I received this book free in return for an honest review. I plan to buy this book for my middle school granddaughter.

Historia
What would you do if you knew a child who was being abused? If that child was a member of your family? Would you call the authorities and have the child taken away, or would you turn a blind eye? These are the kind of questions that Lost in Thought provokes. The author, who lived through the atrocities mentioned in this audiobook, paints a vivid if disturbing image of child abuse and how it affects the psyche as one grows older. What begins as abuse leads quickly to suicidal thoughts and loss of control.

It took great courage to write this book!
Revisado: 08-18-19
It took great courage, as well as love for children who are suffering, for the author to write this book. As I listened this book, I could feel the young boy’s pain, his isolation, and his rejection by his family. The authors insight into the value of the suffering and how it strengthened him in his adult life was the crowning jewel of this book.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is living in this type of situation and to foster parents. I wish I had read this book when I was caring for foster children.
