Bryce Matthews doesn't do the whole nice boyfriend thing. Chocolates and flowers - girls can forget all that. And he certainly doesn't care about the gossip and rumors that follow him at school and around town. If anything, the talk amuses him. Bryce isn't lacking in confidence. He knows himself, and he knows his limits. One of those hard limits is Madison Issac. Bryce can never have her, and he's perfectly fine with that. Sometimes the fantasy is better than the reality anyway.

Too much drama

Just let them have some romance for more than a day at a time. Jeez. Could have been a really good story but they never even get a chance to have time together longer than a day each time they connect. Then it’s weeks or months apart for some stupid reason when then both freakin know they love each other. Talk about stressful!!!

Title didn’t fit book

The title didn’t fit the book at all. Maybe when they started out they wanted that to be the idea but it wasn’t at all. Her brother and the main guy were friends in the past but even with the brother around, they never even hung out or spoke to each other. The brother didn’t care at all that she was seeing him. The story was decent though. A little all over the place. Could have been a little shorter, but it was cute.

I enjoyed this trilogy but this 3rd one was definitely my least favorite of all of them. Maybe it’s because they’re just together the entire time and time is passing as is. I think that’s what bothered me. Cute stories though. Loved the concept behind the whole series.

Loved the “update” story

I’ve read this series a few times over the last 7 years or so and was excited to get an update to all the couples lives. It’s not often we see that. I was happy with the endings. I wish there was a little more to it. Maybe then being a little older so more would have happened to tell about, but that’s ok. I’ll make up what happens in the next 5-10 years myself. Only thing that bothered me was some of the narrators. I wish they were younger (mainly the men) and more like what I’d picture their character to sound like based on their culture. They did it with Esmita, so why not Nash and Ryker Lee? West and some of the others were spot on with their southern accents. Anyway, other than not liking some of the narrators. I enjoyed the book and was glad Abbi gave us a glimpse into their lives today.

Decent story, unbelievable narrators.

The story was decent, short and straight to what you want. The thing I didn’t like was the ages they were supposed to be. They were supposed to be 18 but nothing in the story was believable for an 18 year old and the narrators sounded like they were in their late 30s-40s. It’s just my opinion but it’s hard to picture it how it’s supposed to be when I’ve got a man that sounds like he’s in his 40s and a woman that sounds at least 30. I like when the voices fit better. Their performance was good though, just not for the age. They were actually some of the better narrators I like to hear in the “romance nation”. Just not with this one for 18 year olds.

Great story, and finally, a narrator I really, really enjoy! Haven’t enjoyed a narrator like this since the Harry Potter series. She does an amazing job with all the characters! Might listen to more books read by her!
