Finally, A comprehensive understanding of YouTube
Revisado: 03-02-23
As the author points out, I've been doing it all wrong. I have been trying every tip and trick on the internet to try to figure out YouTube, how it works and how to get it to work for me. Until now, I've just been frustrated. This book finally makes sense of the process and works around the continuously changing algorithms.
Bottom line, it takes some work and a little time to get results but it's easier than I thought now that I understand what to do.

Historia
Our brains do their best to help us out, but every so often they can be real assholes - having meltdowns, getting addicted to things, or shutting down completely at the worst possible moments. Your brain knows it's not good to do these things, but it can't help it sometimes - especially if it's obsessing about trauma it can't overcome. That's where this life-changing book comes in. With humor, patience, science, and lots of good-ole swearing, Dr. Faith explains what's going on in your skull, and talks you through the process of retraining your brain to respond appropriately....

Author tried for shock value
Revisado: 08-01-22
The author may know what she’s talking about but I was too distracted by her forcing the f bomb into what seemed like every other line. I couldn’t take her seriously. It really seems forced and not natural to conversation, especially from a professional.

Great breakdown of how we interact.
Revisado: 01-26-20
I found this book fascinating as it breaks down how we interact. Some points I wanted to know more.
I found some good and personal room for improvement as well as why I do those things.
It’s definitely changed the way I approach new interactions.
