Easy review...I just haven't read/listened to a CoHo book that I didn't LOVE!
I've even read some that had poor reviews and apparently it doesn't matter. She is an Author that (IMO) you have to read/listen to her books without reading reviews and make your own decision.

This is an unfortunate story, but is very well told. LOVED the narration. I was captivated the whole time and would recommend to anyone that is interested in True Crime stories.

Love Rebecca Donovan's 'Breath' Series. Which is why I gave this one MULTIPLE tries. The story is hard to follow with the narration jumping from person to person and back & forth in time. I restarted the story OVER 3 times because I couldn't follow what was going on. I finally just let it play while I worked so I could get thru it. The story just goes on...and on...and on...
In my opinion, don't waste your credit. If you REALLY want to give it a shot, wait for a sale.
I do still LOVE the Author.

I was skeptical after reading some of the more negative reviews…but WOW! This story kept me on the edge of my seat. I couldn’t stop. The narrators were fantastic. I enjoy suspenseful thrillers and this was SPOT ON! What a creative and fascinating story CoHo has imagined! 👏🏻

Letting out a sigh, I entered the boarding area and looked around for my mother's bright red hair. Not seeing her, I looked down at my phone and turned off airplane mode, seeing a text message pop up as I regained service. "Looking for me?" Son of a... At the deep voice, shock and irritation flooded through me.

I loved the character development. It isn't a run-on story with tons of fillers.
What did you like best about this story?
Even though things happen in this story that made me sad, it WAS NOT predictable. Kept you engulfed because nothing in this story is typical or predictable.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Expect the unexpected.

What a great, well-written story. This is one of my favorites. I previously owned this on my kindle and hoped it would come to audible. I love C.S Janeys stories and pray that she brings more to audible!

The suspense the writer and narration had. What's creepier than spiders?

I was holding my breath what felt like the whole time.

Kate Rudd is one of my favorite narrators! She's fantastic!
