I thought I would be learning specifically about Pronouns. I tried to return, but not eligible. Spoke too fast to discern the words and meaning. This is for intermediate Spanish level not beginners.

i couldnt get through it

We all have our things and apparently mine is this woman's voice. I just couldn't listen to the book. In addition, she struggled with the words and had pauses at odd times. I tried but in the end I couldn't finish what I am sure is great information about fasting.

Worst narration ever

What disappointed you about The Wolves at the Door?
The narrator. I have read the hard copy of this book many years ago. It was selected for my bookclub so I thought I would refresh my memory with the audible version. This narrator speaks slow, very slow. It as if she is teaching children to say words or just learning herself. I tried to speed up the tempo and is still wasn't fast enough.
Very unfortunate, I know the book is great.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Virginia is an amazing woman.
Would you be willing to try another one of Patrice O’Neill’s performances?

I may try again, but this book could not catch my attention. I stop listening and moved on to another.

performance was fine, I do not think that was why I could not get into the book.
