I have been curious about Keto Meal Prep for awhile and nervous to start it so I've been seaking out a audiobook that was easy enough and not intimidating. So when I got a chance to review it I was pleasantly surprised. Years back before Paleo became the trend I tried it and a lot of the recipes aren't far off from what I use to cook. Hand down my favorite are the breakfast egg cups or muffins as I call them. These were simple and tasty recipes.

Facile to detect the direction and clear examples

I found it incredibly helpful in our relationship with one another and others. We've done a lot of personality typing tests, and it just feels like this is more accurate than any of the others. Very practical information on how different Enneagram types interact with one another. Highly recommend it!
