Car thieves are busy in Bayport, the home of Frank and Joe Hardy. After cars and trucks are stolen, they seem to simply disappear somewhere along the Shore Road. I am not sure where they got the text, but this is not the version you read as a kid in those blue books. Don't bother with this. Also I was not a fan of the narrator.
