Much Better than the previous Book

The reading was better paced. The story was incredible. There was music at the beginning which is new to this series and it really helped set the tone. enjoyed this immensely.

I love the series. great story. the narrator is very different from all the others and was a bit of a transition to get used to. the narrator reads extremely fast and the pauses are not always clear. jumping scenes in a chapter was difficult to follow at first.

Feist Fan for decades

I enjoy all of Feist's work. Of all of them, this saga is my least favorite but I enjoy the details of Arutha, Williams, and James. Still a good series, but it competes with much better ones.
I did enjoy the reader's voices, inflections. great storytelling.

Fantastic read and well entertaining

I enjoy this writer and have read nearly everything he has published. this new saga is so captivating that I am ready for the third installment. the reader does voices well.
my only complaint is there are times when the reader switches scenes but the pause is barely noticable so when you are listening about character A and all of a sudden he is talking about character B, who is nowhere near character A, it took a moment to realize we are in a different setting.
other than that, great read, story and listen.
