What an engaging and inspiring book! So easy to listen to—I finished it in 48 hours.

The book starts with a powerful premise about our current reality in the global workplace, and shares riveting, real-life, and relatable stories of the author or her coaching clients. Through a clearly structured roadmap, similar to medical/dental school textbooks (but with more inspiration), the author addresses core career challenges, and lays out practical, science-based tools to put into practice right away. It’s straight to the point, and easy to follow!

It's an essential guidebook for people who wish to seek mindful and thriving careers without burning out, and also for coaches who wish to draw on these rare and highly valuable resources from a seasoned executive coach.

Key#4, Master the Monkey Mind, was my favorite. The author distilled this vast, complex topic clearly and concisely. She outlined simple steps to help readers start a personalized mindfulness practice tailored to their unique situations.

To top it off – the audiobook music is excellent. It brought me to a calm space right from the start. The narrator voice was pleasant, engaging, and earnest. So happy I invested in listening to this book!
