I am a fan of Michelle Medhat’s unrestrained telling of a story, which blends thriller with sci-fi. You will laugh and cry and cringe. The narrator, Greg Patmore, brings each character to life, keeping me locked in to each breath-taking moment. The dialogue rips to the core, as the characters pursue gore or glory. Dr. Sam Noor and his wife, Ellie, long kept in the dark about Sam’s work as a spy in MI6, revel in true love and intrigue. The archenemies of good, Dr. Salim Al Douri and his right-hand girl and mistress Sabena, know no bounds of decency as they plot to rule the world. And Aswa-da, a darker mystical force from Kudamun, uses these humans to create a destructive imbalance in the dimensions, unless Sam and Ellie can save the day. Medhat introduces cutting-edge technology, like human nano-bombs and other hi-tech, which adds yet another layer of spice to this already spicy series. It’s a wild ride!
