Historia
Every marketer tells a story. And if they do it right, we believe them. We believe that wine tastes better in a $20 glass than a $1 glass. We believe that an $80,000 Porsche Cayenne is vastly superior to a $36,000 VW Touareg, which is virtually the same car. We believe that $225 Pumas will make our feet feel better, and look cooler, than $20 no-names... and believing it makes it true.

Historia
In his bravest and most challenging book yet, Seth Godin shows how we can thrive in an economy that rewards art, not compliance. He explains why true innovators focus on trust, remarkability, leadership, and stories that spread. And he makes a passionate argument for why you should be treating your work as art. Art is not a gene or a specific talent. It's an attitude, available to anyone who has a vision that others don't, and the guts to do something about it.

Historia
Every new project (or job, or hobby, or company) starts out exciting and fun. Then it gets harder and less fun, until it hits a low point: really hard, and not much fun at all. And then you find yourself asking if the goal is even worth the hassle. Maybe you're in a Dip: a temporary setback that you will overcome if you keep pushing. But maybe it's really a Cul-de-Sac, which will never get better, no matter how hard you try.

Historia
Gretchen Rubin has found that getting control of our stuff makes us feel more in control of our lives. By getting rid of things we don't use, don't need, or don't love, we free our minds (and our shelves) for what we truly value. With a sense of fun, and a clear idea of what's realistic for most people, Gretchen Rubin suggests dozens of manageable steps for creating a more serene, orderly environment - one that helps us to create the lives we want.

I liked it a lot.
Revisado: 09-03-19
I liked it a lot and I am happy to find out that I can safe the time to read Mary Condos book. I like this practical approach very much and I think it will be a good help in a lot of people's lives. There are a view things at the end I disagree with because I feel they are more contributing to "new clutter" than just staying at this level of clean happiness. I guess in the end it is everybody's choice how much stuff one needs in one's life to make it joyfully. thank you again for yet another great book!

I loved this book!!
Revisado: 08-10-18
So deeply philosophical. It straightens you out, sets you on the path you are meant to follow. It pushes you to rethink your doubts and take your creative life in your own hands. The author writes from experience giving you a road map on how to get there, what to expect, and outlines a brief picture of the worst and the best that may happen. I enjoyed every second of it. It gave me the ensuring shoulder pet, that I am not alone on my journey and that sometimes one just needs to trust in it's abilities and purpose.

I love this book.
Revisado: 05-26-17
i bought this book a couple years ago to help understand the people I just started working with. Some years later, I decided to be self-made I and I still appreciate a this book. I've been listening to it for at least 5 times and everytime I pick something different to try and improve in my life. The biggest take away for me is that I am more relaxed with the people around me...
