Historia
Mark Wales thought his life would end in a cornfield in Afghanistan. Mark and his SAS troops emerged from that scorched battlefield 12 hours later, his mentor gunned down, his dream career now a nightmare. Over four deployments of intense warfighting, Mark watched the line between right and wrong become blurred. When he left the SAS he was adrift, crippled by guilt. On a mission to rebuild himself, Mark turned his life around. He fought his way into the gates of a US Ivy League business school and into the boardrooms of top-tier international corporations.

Such a great listen. As an ADFA grad and medically discharged vet I relate on so many levels with this story. Thanks for writing it. A great insight into the mark service leaves on us.

SAS to Civilian: A Powerful Tale of Grit and Transformation
Revisado: 09-29-24
Wow, what an incredible listen! If you’re into raw, unfiltered accounts of war fighting, this audiobook is for you. Jamie Pennell pulls you right into the gritty, often brutal reality of life in the SAS, narrating in a way that feels like you’re right there alongside him on the battlefield.
What really stands out, though, is his vulnerability. Jamie doesn’t just focus on the adrenaline-fueled missions. He takes you through a deeply personal journey of self-reflection, showing how he transitioned from a soldier in combat to a man navigating civilian life. It’s a powerful transformation, and hearing Jamie share how he adjusted his character traits after the military is both inspiring and moving.
This audiobook is more than just a war story—it’s a deep dive into the mind of someone who’s been through it all, and emerged changed, but stronger. A must-listen!

Historia
Coleman offers a system designed to dramatically increase customer retention and as a result, the bottom line. He identifies eight distinct emotional needs customers undergo during the 100 days following a purchase, whether it's as small as a new drink at Starbucks or as big as a house. If you can understand and anticipate these phases, you can use a myriad of techniques - in-person, email, mail, and video - to cement a long and valuable partnership.

Joey has put together a fabulous book for those looking to rock the socks off their clients! The beauty of the book is that he "teaches" you in stages. You literally learn and then go do what he says. There are tasks to complete. Don't give them lip-service. Just follow exactly how Joey intends you to consume the book. Highly recommend this to any business owner that wants to produce a tribe of fans and not just transactional customers.
