I wasn't sure at first that I would like it but after 10 minutes I decided I was going to love it, and I did. I love Tom Holts wit. he rights a lot like Terry Pratchett whom I also love. I recommend every Tom Holt book out there and I especially love Ray Sawyer. he is one of the best narrator's I've had the pleasure of listening to. he really makes these characters come alive.

I have to say that this series really surprised me. I liked the first two books a lot, but I didn't love them. Even the third book left me unsure. After finishing this book I am so glad that I didn't give up. Those first books were the perfect introduction for what was to come. One of my top favorites, especially this last book. I don't know that I've ever read a series that was so satisfying. If you love fantasy, witty humor, and excellent storytelling then you have to read these books. I love Michael Sullivan's work and Tim Gerard Reynolds is one of the best narrator's in book recording. I highly recommend this book and this entire series. I promise you will not be disappointed!
