Ken had a successful father in law with connections on wall street. Most people don't have that. Glad things worked out for him, but his reason for writing the book to inspire everyday Americans to strike it rich just doesn't work. He married into money. Sure, he worked hard, he got lucky along the way, he overcame challenges, but don't we all? Disappointed to hear yet another "inspiring" tale of American capitalistic success where the subject downplayed the help they received to achieve success.

This is an excellent book that portrays money in an accurate perspective. The author does a great job helping readers better their relationship with money to improve their life. I have an MBA from a great school and work for an institutional investment group and found this book to be very insightful for my personal finances.

The history of surfing is a massive textbook of the granular details of surf history. This very abbreviated version was a fun listen, I just wish the narrator would have asked someone how to pronounce words he wasn’t sure of, especially the Hawaiian names and places.
