The book was way too long. Annoying the way the reader is left with so little information so as to cause frustration and confusion until it is laid out at the very end. Not a satisfying read for me.

Utterly Fascinating from Start to Finish

I was familiar with the subject matter from news accounts, but the book provided a great deal of additional and fascinating information about the creator of the website and the people who hunted him down and brought him to justice. The book was also very well narrated. I highly recommend this book!

Riveting and Unexpected Twists

I very much enjoyed this story which gave me a better understanding of what the Cuban people went through when Castro took over. Hearing Sarah talk about it and the need to quickly get the documents back to the people, made the story very meaningful for me. I was captivated by the story, rooted for their safe return, and caught off guard by the twists and the ending! Great job, Mr. DeMille, and excellent narration by Scott! I highly recommend this book.

Fascinating and Honest

I thoroughly enjoyed Believe Me, read by the author in a very pleasing, easy to listen to manner. She bared all about her experience with this hideous disease. I hope her goal of bringing awareness and additional resources to studying and ultimately conquering this disease will be realized. Thank you for wanting to help mankind.

Truth is Stranger than Fiction

Utterly fascinating, detailed account of this massive and long lasting fraud. It is difficult and disheartening to believe that it was able to continue for so long. And, that a person could perpetrate such a deception on his his family, friends and acquaintances. A real head shaker that kept me spellbound.

Where does Not Taco Bell Material rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

When I am ready for a good laugh, after listening to several audiobooks on more serious topics, I love to relisten to Adam's book. He is refreshingly blunt in this day and age of "politically correctness".

What did you like best about this story?

His stories are funny. His rants are real. He says things people can relate to and other people think, but can not verbalize in this day and age.

What about Adam Carolla’s performance did you like?

He is authentic; I find his performance refreshing. He is the only person who can drop the F bomb without making me bristle.

Excellent history of cancer.

What did you love best about The Emperor of All Maladies?

The book provided an interesting account beginning with the first discoveries of cancer cells through the early attempts, and ongoing attempts to eradicate it.
