Strange book.

I was listening to this book for help, but all she really did was talk crap. I was feeling like maybe i need this tuff love. But then I remembered I don’t have to deal with this. Made me feel bad about myself. -book seems to have no uniform, switching back and forth between person with attachment and person dealing with them. Also talked about too many different attachments styles.
