I REALLY wanted to like this, but I just kept getting bored after 30 minutes of listening. I finally gave up half way through.

Sure, you may listen and think it's the grossest thing you have ever heard. Sure, you my not look at traffic cones the same ever again.

But at its core, it's about overcoming trauma, and wanting to be found, and loved, in whatever capacity that may be.

So sure, you may have just puked up your lunch, or breakfast, whatever. But it'll stay with you and it will give you all the feels by the end.

Don’t eat the burger

Bart is…….something. The way this is written leaves so many questions that I need to explore, like what happened in the church with a newspaper two candlesticks and a priest? I laughed, I puked, I’ll never eat a burger from a restaurant again.

Joes performance of the analytical statistic loving psycho just brought it that much closer to home.

Words cannot describe adequately how this book is presented. It's funny, it has MUSICAL NUMBERS, it takes everything that was quirky about the movies and turns it up to 12! Jeff Strand and Joe Hempel combine perfectly every single time and this is not an exception.

I'm now singing the theme song everywhere, and it's bothering people. Thanks guys!

Bloody, gruesome, fast paced, and FUN! Don’t expect the next great work of literature but it doesn’t even pretend to try!

This is EXACTLY the definition of slasher porn we need.

Really cool to see how this book came about at the end so stick around!

Different than book one. Less monsters of the grotesque fashion and more monsters of the human fashion.

Slow start but wow!

Crisp dialogue between the main characters, a slowly unfolding dread and an all out 80s action movie feel toward the end!

Joe Hempel brings it all together in one of his better performances. Definitely going to check out book 2 when or if it comes out.

And ending for the ages

I'm a little sad. This is the last book in the Andrew Mayhem series. I've taken the journey with Andrew over the past 10 years, and seeing this new release and having it all come to conclusion was bitter sweet. I won't spoil it, but it was another fantastic and twisted tale, and the world is now a sadder place knowing there will be no more Mayhem.
