I liked this book a lot. As someone who had never really understood what a ketogenic diet was, this was a great start! I also bought The Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen because it had a lot more recipes that I'd use day to day. I am happy with both books. They both have different things in them and contribute to understanding and being able to successfully implement this new way of eating.
