Abridged to the point of altering the story

Having read the book back in the days when the world was in black & white and people knew little of audio books because computers were the size of a room and the internet was a series of 1's and zeros with very little content for the civilian populace to view, I must say that this abridged book was a huge disappointment. Not the story, but the horribly executed abridgment.
As if truncating a 14 hour and 24 minute book to 2 hours and 56 minutes is not bad enough, the abridgment altered the story by removing some of the most salient and entertaining content, born of the clever mind of Anne Rice. The full book was not available when I made my original abridged purchase, but I still feel like the credit I used for approximately 1/5th of the book was a calculated ploy to charge 2 credits for one book. A true fan is going to buy the unabridged version, once it became available.
In my opinion, the right thing to do is to refund 1 credit to anyone that bought both versions.

Chilling BECAUSE he did it & got away with it

Great backstory on the fight to take control of this project through the courts to deny O.J. Simpson a huge payday. His CONFESSION read by an O.J. sound alike was HORRIFYING and was a great touch. it put the emphasis on the words the killer used to describe what happened, because make no mistake about it, this book is O.J. Simpson's confession.

Great book, tons of facts that are undeniable and extremely concerning. We're living in a time where our politicians and Law enforcement only care about social media appearances. Truth & justice are dead when the government controls the media.
