This audiobook read by author David A. Smith is a fantastic overview of ways that people should approach high-ticket, emotionally charged sales such as senior housing. His story is fascinating, and the methods he helped develop and refine over the years truly inspire a better experience not only for the resident, but also stronger connections between the prospective buyer and the salesperson. I haven't seen a better example of heroic selling anywhere.
