What I loved most about this book was how simple, accessible and practical it was. A lot of times these books are either too simple & cheesy (like duh we know how to do that), or they are too complicated and require multi steps. I think Kai M Jordan does us a favor by breaking large tasks down into smaller parts, so regardless of where you find your motivation level at, you can activate on following her plan. Day by day, month by month, follow the steps and see the change. It’s quite clever! I will definitely rely use this book for my own professional reference and I will share it with others.
