The actual substance of this book is excellent. The amount of time it takes to filter out the fluff, combined with slow narration, can make it hard to stay awake, let alone focused. It would be better and more effective if it were at least 75% shorter.

Although the ideas presented in the book are generally good, the examples used to illustrate the ideas are so dated as to be a distraction in many cases.
