The narrator made me want to go to sleep, but the story is a great one.

Favorite episode by far!

I thought the killer was especially crafty and conniving in this one. She really went all-out.

An enlightening glimpse into nine battles and campaigns during the Pacific War Allied offensive. Each of these momentous operations were fascinating feats of strategy, planning, and bravery, handing the Allies what would eventually become a victory over the Pacific Theater and an end to Imperialist Japanese expansion.

Abysmally narrated.

Great book, as are most non-fiction accounts of WWII, however it seems as if the narrator went out of his way to mispronounce so. many. words. "Command-ant?" I've literally never heard someone screw that up. Oh, and the Marine colors are crimson and gold, not scarlet and gold. That mistake would have had you paying when I was in.
