I've listened to the old version of The Hobbit several times over the years. I really think Andy's reading is much better. I feel he added a understanding of the story. I can't wait to hear Fellowship!

Stays True To The Story!

At least the one I read years ago. I've heard that there have been many versions of this story over the years. This version was based on a book I read some time ago. The only part I didn't remember was the first act. But what follows was in that story. If you're a Marvel of an X-Men fan you'll most likely enjoy this.

I recently watched a documentary on this case on Discovery+ that was not nearly as detailed as this book. I was shocked that the police and the prosecution really tried to railroad this guy when they didn't have the evidence to change and convict him. As a person that suffered from a demonic haunting I can only feel for someone whose experience was much worse than mine. Great book !!! I recommend it to anyone with a interest in the paranormal! Listen and enjoy!

Incredible Reworking Of A Classic!!!

I've been a fan of Jeff Wayne's since I heard the original version of this back in the 70s. I also enjoyed the second version that came out a few years ago. This version is very different from the others which more like rock operas.
