Great story dynamic however narration was distracting from story

I liked the storyline, it was a bit different and explored a concept in the argenue storyline that hadn't been deeply covered before. I however didn't love the narration and found it distracted from the story. I have listened to the whole series and found this one a bit monotone at the start and hard to keep interested.

Something new but didn't hook me in

I found the story dragged and felt a little disjointed compared to other books in the series. At the same time, I enjoyed how the story was quite different to others in the series.

Painful. .. 'I, Derek' ... kill me now

The author should have gone back to the drawing board if there was no other way to depict the the difference between Derek and Derek in someone else's mind... it was SO hard to listen to this crap . Derek is full of himself-very unlikable and it's probably from talking about himself in the 3rd person...Don't waste your credit
