Historia
Timothy Walter Bolton - better known as Timmy - has spent most of his life as a necromancer. When he isn't terrorising his enemies, he's plotting inside his castle, which is built on top of lightless chasms filled with nameless horrors and beings of a generally malevolent and megalomaniacal nature. But after one of his latest creations, a zombie hydra-dragon-bear, tries to eat him, he decides that maybe it's time to find a new, less dangerous, career.

Great story

I loved that this book was kinda cozy necromancy. Yes, there is fighting and battles. But all of the characters play off each other really well and it was a very delightful read.

Historia
Kaitlyn just wanted to keep her head down and do her job. She didn't want to be noticed. Notice would mean attention from Harbinger, and that is the one thing she doesn't need. The epileptic siphon doesn't have a choice, however. Her world is turned upside down at age 34 when she's forced to all but murder her assigned-husband for treason. Add in an evil government agency creating zombies to take out magic, and Kaitlyn must become more than she's ever wanted to be.

The voice actress was awesome! Her pacing and voice changers were so good. She made the story easy to follow.
The book itself was really good. Fantastic world building and use of magic. The plot was good and enjoyable. I look forward to more in the series

Historia
The original Dungeons & Dragons released by TSR (Tactical Studies Rules) in 1974 created a radical new medium: the role-playing game. For the next two decades, TSR rocketed to success. But by 1997, a series of ruinous choices and failed projects brought TSR to the edge of doom—only to be saved by their fiercest competitor, Wizards of the Coast. Unearthed from Ben Riggs’s own adventurous campaign of in-depth research, interviews with major players, and acquisitions of secret documents, Slaying the Dragon reveals the true story of the rise and fall of TSR.

Fantastic history of gaming and TSR
Revisado: 08-01-22
This is an amazing book about the history of TSR, the pioneer of the tabletop rpg industry. The narrative telling of the history is engaging and paints a beautiful picture of the company and its connections to both Dungeons & Dragons as well as the rest of the industry. Well worth your investment of timr
