Heals any Trauma, Drama or STRESS in general

Be prepared after listening to this to release some drama, trauma and stress in your life. It really works and it really releases the stress, I listen to it at night when going to bed. It even works on my dog who has bad anxiety from the fireworks from fourth of July. She is little less jumpy when she hears loud noises and little less panicky when we leave to go store.

If you need to learn how to cut the cords to toxic people, places, patterns and behaviors, this is your book! Its well written, the book is fast moving and eye opening to situations that you dont even realize are draining you. I have met Denise linn and attended in person and online seminars and she is great. Trust me this is must have especially for those of us energy healers and light workers... check it out, you wont regret it.

Energy vampires = Narcissistic People

Honestly this book moves along well, the stories are great and Doctor Christine Northop gives insight to all the energy draining and narcissistic people in your life and how to deal with them and the situations. I feel like you will read this and be like how did she know... its amazing and life changing. I loved it so much that I attended the webinar on hay house. If you are plagued by narcissists and just plain old energy sucking vampires , then you want this book... trust me , this book opened my eyes...

Great information on Akashic Records

This is great book to teach bout Akashic records, the only challenge I had is it felt slow moving to me. There is such great information in this book and I was really impressed with the meditations and questions to ask yourself. Plus some really great info revealed at the end of the book that made it all worth while.

Great Motivator

Les is a great speaker, motivator, and makes you want to be the best version of your self. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star review was the audio quality. Once you get past that, the information is great, the story is great, overall this is a book to get you moving. Its great, give it a listen, you wont regret it.

Short, Sweet & to the point

This is a part of program from Sounds true and from her book on Chakras, i knew that buying this but i really needed to hear this part without digging through the entire thing. if you want in depth buy the book about the chakras but if you alreay know about chakras - and want to focus on just the healing and dont have hours.. then read this one... this is little powerful tidbits that put it in digestible format ,this was fast and great and really love her voice and vibration, easy to listen to and love her books.
