Authenticity is the most compelling character trait of all.

I am so thankful to Matthew Perry for documenting the wins and losses of his journey away from the “Big Terrible Thing”. I am so glad that he finally got to experience what freedom and love really felt like. I am also comforted in his turning to God when everything was spinning out of control, and his acknowledgement that “God is always there”. He is, and His love and empowerment is beyond anything we humanly imagine it to be. I wish Matthew had been able to enjoy a massive journey of seeing the others helped by his words, getting the hugs and thank yous from them and feeling all the things that finding purpose affords. So glad this book exists and for his courage in writing it. Everyone who struggles with feeling like an “unaccompanied minor” in this world should read this book, and then go out and pour into helping others.

Wonderful insights and actionable steps to change!
Revisado: 10-02-21
Brenda has written yet another insightful work from her years of experience of coaching at the highest levels, and it is full of solid insights and practical steps to help us have the most effective understanding of our thought processes and how they lead our results. With the understanding that “the most important conversation is the one you have with yourself” this book delves into the thoughts we may have embraced and acquired in life, that may not be leading us to the goals we wish. Brenda presents, in a clear way and with examples from coaching, how fear is juxtaposed to growth and progress. She presents the results and steps to moving our mindset, from one that is generated in fear, to one that expands and catapults us into the “joy of possibility”. She is clear and actionable in her thoughts, which are supported well in her experience and research. It is no surprise that she is successful internationally in her business, as she is savvy at spotting how the mind is encumbering goals, and how to redirect it toward success. You will read this more than once, as there is so much gold here. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
