Fast Paced I Liked it

Good English narrator, which fits in with the setting, and a good mystery plot keeps you on your toes. Lots of characters and woven into the story is lots of interesting historical facts – I checked a few out on-line and was surprised to find out they were true! Good listen – can recommend.

Of all the "diet" books I've listen - admittedly not many - this seems the most hocus-pocus. The advice not connected to self-hypnosis is as sound as any other plan - eat less and unprocessed, move more.
