A great listen. This audiobook taught me a lot and will do the same for you, if you do the exercises. The exercises were the best part, I’d say. I found great ones in every chapter, even the chapters where I figured that I’d know it all. If you want to know yourself better and find an internal spark, perhaps some fire in your eyes, listen to this audiobook.
