Great book! Finally there is a roadmap of what I can do to feel better, I did the online videos as well and have been following the program for 4 weeks.
I feel so much better already. Figures out from the book that I have bicep tendinitis. I see the light at the end of the tunnel after 4 years of pain with on and off weight training and trying all kinds of different modalities to feel better, yoga, chiropractic, physical theraphy, osteopathic, non inflammatory diet…the list goes on. Glad to finally have a tool that works!
