Historia
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Historia
In this short story from Times of Trouble, Jon Ryan dreamed of becoming a doctor his entire life. Before he graduates from medical school, the government takes over healthcare, making him wary about the profession he's going to school for, but not enough to quit chasing his dream. He practices medicine as medical plagues and disasters occur, all the while the government says they're on top of things.

Good fast story
Revisado: 03-31-15
I like end time fiction, even if the Orthodox Church doesn't believe in rapture theology.
The book is fast paced and the overall story is well thought out.

An ok book
Revisado: 03-31-15
A believable story, with some technical flaws. I found some of the people in the book to be two dimensional.
The most memorable moment for me was the suggestion that we came from the group of people in the saucer, even though we have 98.4 percent of our DNA in common with the apes.
I found some of the narrators voices to be a little much, but over all not bad.

Historia
It is the dawn of the New Age. After six millennia of stagnation, humanity stands on the brink of its final great evolutionary step. But it is a step that has come at tremendous cost. Half the world's population is dead. The planet's survivors face a fundamental choice: follow Christopher Goodman, the Messiah of the New Age and clone of Jesus Christ, or cling to the very worldview and the God who has wrought this destruction.

Good take on end time fiction
Revisado: 03-26-15
I found the series an interesting take on end time fiction. I found some of the interpretation of scripture to be a little wanting. The Greek Orthodox Church doesn't put much stock in rapture fiction, but I find it an interesting way to see how the world view revaluation.
Good narrator, though I listen at three times speed so it doesn't factor in my review as much as story line.

Historia
Without fanfare or disastrous preliminaries, Jesus decides now is a good time to return to Earth. His purpose is pure, His intentions are good, and mankind's fate does not hang in the balance. Pure and simple, it is an experiment to see if He can make a difference by walking the Earth as an ordinary man. As an average Joe, He surrounds himself with a small eclectic group of friends to help with His earthly endeavors. Their encounters and missions are comical and heartwarming.

Anti-Jesus book
Revisado: 06-20-13
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
People who don't know the true word of Christ.
What was most disappointing about Jacqueline Druga’s story?
Was highly offensive, and tries to turn the true nature of Christ into a new story of a Christ who couldn't make up his mind about his purpose in the trinity. What a load of bull-shit. The only book of hers I have ever returned.
What didn’t you like about George Kuch’s performance?
I listen at 3x speed so the reader doesn't matter to me.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
No

Roman Catholic junk
Revisado: 11-25-12
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
This book treats the church as if it is wrong and only the Roman catholics have the answer, even though they came from the holy orthrodox church. If your Roman catholic, you will feel the same as before, better than everyone else, if your Greek Orthodox pass it up.
What could Khaled Anatolios and Stephen F. Brown have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Needed to be truthful comparison.
Would you be willing to try another one of Tim Lundeen’s performances?
No
What character would you cut from Catholicism and Orthodox Christianity?
N/A
Any additional comments?
Greek Orthodox stay away.
