would have liked to hear the entire story

This was a very good story, well writen, well read. It s=ucked me in and I spent an entire day listening to it, up until the end of chapter 19, that is. After investing six hours to this story it stopped playing at chapter 19 6:04:35. I tried refreshing, nothimg. I tried rewinding, everythin playes up to that point. I tried forwarding on , nothing, moved up to the next chapter, no good. I am very upset at thsi moment that I can not hear the ending of this story. The onky consulation is that I am listening to it from the plus catalogue so there was no cost.
