Good Story with a lot of repetition

Liked the story and characters. The narration was top-notch. My main issue that almost caused me to just cancel the listen was the constant repetition on the enchantment activation. there were hundreds of the exact same phrases, many of them long, when an enchantment was activated. Definitely needed to be summarized after the first 10 times.

interesting story

this was an interesting story. however there's many times I wanted to just poke my eardrums out so I didn't have to listen to it anymore. There are so many stupid sections of it that I almost turned it off many times. The relationships between the people was decent. The narration was very good, not a problem determining voices for each person which is always nice. I don't think the author really understood how things worked. vehicles that run off electricity don't have engines that make loud noises but who can say what kind of strange tech there was then? Overall, I believe the story would have been better by being about half as long.

Cannot wait for book four. Action and story is great. Character development is well done and thorough. a few glitches in the story but not enough to dampen from the 5 star rating.
