An excellent content guidebook from the Author. This is a great book for it teaches you on how to continue being motivated. Getting started is easy but it is the journey that can be daunting. I find myself absorbing everything Dion Marinez writes. Her books and cookbook recipes are fantastic. I've tried several recipes and they continually surprise me. I'm not a great cook, nor do I really enjoy cooking. Probably because you put all this time into cooking or baking something and it doesn't turn out right. So frustrating. However, with Christine recipes, they're easy to understand and really delicious. This book is great for the beginner Ketonian or if you just want to add more recipes to your recipe book.
