This book was an epic listen! Space Force centers around a small group of military personnel who have been placed in the "joke" of the American armed forces. By a bad stroke of luck, our team must face phallically shaped aliens in an Armada game style of warfare. This book covers political jokes, military jokes, and is filled with sexual innuendos. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in political satire.

Little Loved It

My littles really enjoyed this book. They have a kids Echo in their room, and loved being able to ask Echo to play this book for bedtime. The storyline was great and easy to follow, as well as had a wonderful message.

Hilarious!!

This book was so hilarious! Growing up in a Hispanic household, I knew most of the curse words. This book, however, takes Spanish curse words to the next level. There were some absolutely ridiculous phrases that I would most likely never use, but definitely enjoyed learning about!

Difficult to follow

This book centers around a military cyborg, Pax, and a diplomatic telepath, Nahleene. The author's synopsis claims the story is about the two coming together to fight the Ilarian military and the evil experiments they ran on different people, Pax included. As a cyborg, Pax is unable to feel any emotions, and Nahleene, as a telepath is able to transfer emotions to anyone she touches.
I found the story difficult to follow and lacking in direction. This is the third installment in the Love and War series, so reading the prior books is imperative if you hope to follow along.
The narrator did a great job in representing the different voices and her cadence was easy to listen to.
This book seemed more like a filler episode.

Perfect for littles

I requested this audiobook for my littles. They really enjoyed listening to the different stories in this pack. The narrator did a great job with the children voices, they weren't overdone in any way. The stories kept my little's attention and they were excited to listen to all three stories.

Great Football History Piece

This is a great listen for fans of football prior to the 'no touch era' that we are currently in. The book covered the history that helped forge the league into what it is today. Fans of Vince Lombardi and Joe Namath will truly enjoy this listen.

Better than Anticipated

I came into this listen thinking it was another young adult listens with drama, love triangles, and angry adults. While I was right, the spin Chris Cannon placed on it was fun to follow along with.
Brynn McKenna is a 16-year-old who just found out she is a dragon shifter, Surprise! At the threat of destruction of her parents, Brynn leaves home to attend Dragon School. It is here that she meets Zavien, love interest, and her friends Lily and Cliff. She comes to find out that the dragon population is set in archaic ways, even to the point of arranging marriages for its citizens. Brynn is considered a half breed, that was supposed to not be able to exist. Because of this, she faces a lot of prejudice from the students, teachers, and the dragon high council.
The narrator had a slow start but after the first hour, I found myself being lost in the story. I am very anxious to see Brynn's development in the Dragon World.

Holy Roller Coaster of Emotions!!!

This book had me riding the emotional roller coaster the whole way through!
Indra is an outlier working in Sovereign City in a dystopian world. She lives with her mother and sister in a small village on the outskirts of civilization. In this world, the Sovereign wield the power, with the Fortis their hired bodyguards and the Outliers, their servants. Indra befriends one of the Fortis in the city, Asa, and forges a tenuous alliance. Soon, she finds everything she holds dear torn away and must rebuild her shattered existence.
I love-hate this book. It was a great start to the Outliers series and the introduction to the city was wonderful. There were graphic descriptions of amputations, whippings, and rape, which off put me a bit. I understand that this was necessary for the character development of Indra, but it was still very difficult to listen.
Grace Sylvan has one of the most beautiful voices! I will be looking for more books read by her.

Fast Listen

This was a pretty quick and totally worth it listen!
Our main protagonist, Della Doe Deare, has come to terms with her supernatural heritage and begins visiting with her nonhuman family members, the Elfennol. She delves deeper into her upcoming inheritance and begins to learn more about her supposed enemy, the Clade.
This was a well-written book and the narrator performed it beautifully. I am anxious to see where Regan Oakley takes us with her next installment as this book left us with a huge cliffhanger.
This is the second book of the Gathering trilogy.

Amazing Follow Up!

Great Latin American Spanish Intermediate Bundle. It was really easy to follow along as it consists of separate chapters that are around 30 minutes each. I struggle with verb conjugation and this helped. There is a pdf to download with all the lessons which is super convenient! This is a follow up to the beginner bundle. Even if you feel you are capable, I recommend getting the beginner bundle prior to going with the intermediate bundle.

The narrators did a great job and I appreciated that it was native Spanish speakers.
Overall, a great bundle that I highly recommend!
