The idea that authors can't make money is 100% false. And no, you don t have to be famous or have a huge online following. In less than one calendar year, Nathan Barry made over $200,000 by independently publishing three books he wrote himself. Making money from book sales is wonderful, but it s just the beginning. Getting a raise, landing a new job, and gaining new clients are all direct results of writing and publishing a book.

Nathan delivers with Authority

I've really enjoyed reading Nathan's blog and I'm also a user of his ConvertKit platform. I've known about his books for a year, but finally got around to reading Authority. I loved it. Much of what is in this book I feel as though I've heard Nathan say before or have seen him practice (such as the free course segments). However, it was really great to hear all of it again in Authority. There were also a lot of really great things in this book I hadn't heard before, such as the detail in which Nathan describes the different platforms in which you can format and write your ebook.
All this to say, would definitely recommend this book. A great read for anyone looking to self publish successfully.
