Great book!

It was hard to stop listening to this book!
It was great encouragement while running. I found myself taking on each day more as challenge, rather than a stress when I would listen to this book.
Both the readers were great too; I could always distinguish which character was talking and who they were talking with. And, I “believed,” the characters to be real like a movie with great actors.

I just love her logic and how it is all drawn into and it to an intriguing story that truly helps bring resolution to a family because they were able to see a new perspective

Historia
Why do only a few people get to say "I love my job?" It seems unfair that finding fulfillment at work is like winning a lottery; that only a few lucky ones get to feel valued by their organizations, to feel like they belong. Imagine a world where almost everyone wakes up inspired to go to work, feels trusted and valued during the day, then returns home feeling fulfilled. This is not a crazy, idealized notion. Today, in many successful organizations, great leaders are creating environments in which people naturally work together to do remarkable things.

I love the entire book. It has so much substance, everything expressed felt necessary and meaningful. I'd recommend this book to anyone that can read. It is written in a way that is easy to comprehend and backed up with logic.
